That’s why we’ve updated our re-accommodation rules – to offer you greater clarity and flexibility, so you can resume your journey with confidence.
We’ll arrange Business Class travel for you with one of our partner airlines, subject to availability, and up to a maximum of 30% above the value of your original flight segment with us.
If Business Class isn’t available or exceeds the 30% threshold, we’ll rebook you in Economy Class at our cost and issue a full refund of the cancelled sector as a voucher for future travel with beOnd.
If you prefer to make your own travel arrangements, we’ll provide a full refund of the cancelled sector. However, in that case beOnd will not be responsible for rebooking or related costs.
