Tero is the chief executive officer and co-founder of Beond. He assumes the overall responsibility of the Group of Beond companies supported by 20 years of management experience worldwide. Tero loves to travel and spends his time coaching people of all ages in several sports.

CSO

Max is the original founder of the airline and assumes the responsibility for strategy, product delivery and innovation. He brings more than 20 years of aviation experience to the team. In his free time, Max dedicates his time to producing music, DJ-ing and other arts.

SASCHA FEUERHERD

CCO

Sascha is the co-founder of the Beond. With 25 years of aviation experience worldwide to take responsibility for Sales and Operational excellence. In his free time, Sascha dedicates his time to family and sports.
