Beond refers to a group of entities, including, but not limited to, Arabesque FZCO (free zone company organized in the Dubai Airport Free Zone Authority (license number: 4507) and having its registered address at 6 East B Block No 339-SD37, Dubai Airport Freezone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates), BEOND-SIMDI Operations Private Limited (registered in the Republic of Maldives).
This privacy policy (together with any other documents referred to herein) sets out the basis on how we might collect, store, use and/or share (“process”) Personal Data (“Privacy Policy”). By "Personal Data" we mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, for example names and contact details. Personal Data may also be an information on how a person uses our website www.flybeond.com (“Website”).
This Privacy Policy applies to the processing by BEOND of Personal Data in connection with your relationship or interaction with us in any way, as well as when you visit, use or navigate our Website.
The latest version of our Privacy Policy can be found on our Website. If the Privacy Policy is revised or amended, the updated version will be published on the Website and such publication is considered due notification of the changes and revisions made. If this Privacy Policy is translated in any other language, the English version thereof will prevail.
By choosing to provide BEOND with your Personal Data you are consenting to its use in accordance with the principles outlined in this Privacy Policy.
Without prejudice to your rights under applicable laws, this Privacy Policy is not contractual and does not form part of your contract with us.
DATA CONTROLLER
Any Personal Data processed by BEOND under this Privacy Policy is controlled by Arabesque FZCO with its registered office at ("Arabesque FZCO", "we", or "us") and Arabesque FZCO is considered to be the “data controller” of Personal Data under European Union, UK and other applicable data protection laws.
Please note that if you have made a flight booking with us but one or more flights are to be provided by other airline(s), such other airline(s) will also separately be considered a “Data Controller” under data protection laws. You can find the privacy policies of the other airlines via their respective own websites.
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Collected Personal Data
When you use our services, you will need to provide us with your personal details or the details of those individual(s) who will be travelling or otherwise using our services.
We collect the following main categories of personal information:
Information you provide in order for BEOND to complete and manage your booking or a service you have requested, including payment information, such as debit/credit card details;
Information collected during your travel with us;
Information about your travel arrangements;
Information about the services we have provided to you in the past;
Information about online registration and other interactions;
Information about your use of our Website, contact center and other ways of communication;
Information about your device and your location if you have been browsing the Website, for example your IP address or unique device ID.
Certain categories of Personal Data, such as that about race, ethnicity, religion, health, etc. are special categories of data subject to stricter rules and a higher level of protection under the applicable data protection and privacy laws. These are referred to here as “sensitive personal data”. Generally, we try to limit the circumstances where we collect and process sensitive personal data, however in certain situations collection of such data is inevitable and may be required. When you provide us sensitive personal data, you agree that you have voluntarily provided such information and you consent that we can use this information and process it in line with the purpose for which it was collected and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Your name and postal address;
Details of your request;
Any details which may help us locate the information which is the subject of your request, for example:
Booking reference or flight numbers and dates.
membership number.
Telephone recording details (identifier number, the number you call from, the number and option you dialed, the date and time of your call(s)).
You must also provide:
A photocopy of your passport or driving license, so that we can verify your identity.
Your signature and the date of the request.
If you are applying on behalf of another person then signed authority from the individual is required.
